The Orbit comes equipped with one of the two burr options below; Mazzers 33M: A more traditional style espresso focused burr which produces more fines. This leads to a thicker mouthfeel and texture in the cup offering a more balanced and rounded drinking experience. SSP Multi Purpose: The SSP MPs are a highly renowned burr for their low production of fines. The cups that it produces have extremely high clarity of flavour which excels at more modern styles of espresso and lighter roast filters.
